Case Study: Transforming a Fairfield New Build
When we were approached to style the new build at 262 Rathmines Street in Fairfield, we were immediately struck by the home’s bold architectural language. The challenge was to soften the strong lines and create a sense of warmth and intimacy within the expansive, open-plan spaces.

Our solution was to introduce a layer of textural richness and organic form. We used a palette of warm, earthy tones, with accents of rust, olive, and deep blue. We sourced furniture with soft, sculptural silhouettes to contrast with the clean lines of the architecture. And we worked with local artist Tegan Lloyd to commission a custom artwork that became the heart of the home.
The result was a home that felt both sophisticated and welcoming, a perfect balance of architectural statement and lived-in comfort. It was a project that truly embodied the ARCH philosophy of creating homes with a vision of life within the walls that is both aspirational and attainable.
